Nissan 370Z was first shown at an event in Los Angeles ahead of the 2008 Greater LA Auto Show. Nissan 370Z is in the sixth-generation of the Nissan Z-car line which is a sports car manufactured by Nissan Motors in 2008. Nissan 370Z's coupe version was introduced in 2009. It was offered both in manual and automatic transmission using unleaded petrol. It had Standard equipment like Bluetooth, electric seats, limited slip differential, Bose sound system and subwoofer, CD changer with front loader, heated seats, and climate control. Nissan 370Z's NISMO version was introduced for the 2009 year model. It handled stiffened springs and stabilizer bars compared to the 370Z Coupe more efficiently. The 370Z Yellow was inspired by the European GT4 race car which included features like black leather and suede interior upholstery, integrated satellite navigation system, illuminated entry plates, special mats and a Bose audio with 8 speakers and a 6-CD auto-changer.

The 370Z Roadster which is a convertible model was introduced for the 2010 year model and included a soft-top roof and a retractable hardtop. The 370Z 40th Anniversary Edition was introduced in 2010 based on the 370Z Coupe Touring. It had features like leather steering wheel with red stitching, a plaque of authenticity, and commemorative premium satin car cover. The new model of Nissan 370Z is built on the strengths of its predecessor, with a brilliant balance of power, performance, handling and style. Nissan 370Z has a shorter wheelbase than the previous car and uses more lightweight materials for better performance acceleration, braking and cornering. The iconic Nissan 370Z is a two seater sport coupe that comes with cutting edge technology and stylish flowing design and the famous Z word, means a rear-wheel drive configuration and user-friendly considerations. Nissan 370Z features a front aluminium sub frame, aluminium-alloy engine cradle, aluminium door panels, an all-aluminium hood, and an aluminium hatch. From the exterior look it has long nose, canopy cockpit, muscular fenders, vertical door handles is a more wheel-oriented. The Nissan 370Z comes in two variant, Touring Coupe MT and Touring Coupe AT and both have 6-speed manual transmission which features the world's first synchronized downshift rev-matching system or Synchro Rev Match.

The Nissan 370Z comes has a streamlined, muscular stance further enhanced by the boomerang shaped headlamps and taillights. There is a deeply scooped instrument panel with a full-length centre console separating the driver and passenger's seat and both the seats are different from each other. The driver’s seat has lower seat cushion cut-outs on the sides allowing the driver to push on the pedals easily. The interior features include automatic climate control, Nissan Intelligent Key with Push Button Start, power windows with one-touch auto up/down feature, power door locks with auto-lock feature, and has safety features like Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS) with Electronic Brake force Distribution (EBD) and Brake Assist (BA), SRS air bags in front and sides, and Vehicle Dynamic Control.
